Becky Piper ACB, ALB, QTS, PGCE
Becky has over 20 years of experience in design and creative communication roles, including: agency, postgraduate management research support and secondary Design & Technology teaching. She has lived in Stony Stratford since 1998, has volunteered as a Section Leader at 1st Stony Stratford 2013 (Beavers, then Scouts) and is single mum to a 12 year old son who has attended Russell Street Primary School, St Mary and St Giles C of E Junior School and, currently, the Radcliffe School.
Rachel works with us every day, both at Breakfast Club and at the After School Club. Rachel’s 10+ years as a Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant, along with her work and training around additional needs bring valuable experience to our team.
Mike Barker QTS
Mike has extensive experience with children, having worked as a Design and Technology teacher at Waddesdon C of E School for eleven years, as well assisting in the upbringing of his eight grandchildren.
Clare joins us for both Breakfast and After School Club sessions. Mum to a nine year old son (who has attended both Russell Street and St Mary and St Giles C of E Schools), Clare brings with her valuable people skills and experience from the world of HR and is actively involved in the local community through her work with Stony Stratford Football Club.
Cameron is currently studying Maths, Psychology and Biology at A-Level and volunteers with us after school a couple of times a week. Cameron has previous experience working with children in school, party and retail environments and is a real asset to our team as a volunteer play leader.
Holiday Club Play Leader
Claire is another very welcome member of the team at Holiday Club. She has excellent practical experience, with four children of her own, in addition to time spent volunteering and training as a Beaver Leader at 1st Stony Stratford Scout Group.
All of our staff and volunteers are refereed and DBS checked.
